  • Experience in designing and implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Service Catalog.

  • Record all Service Now INCIDENTS and TASKS resolved, redirected and reassigned.

  • Make outbound contact with clients, be it via email or phone call, to perform client's needs per tickets in Service Now whether it be installations, software errors or system configurations.

  • Expertise in effective identification of incidents affecting the Client computing environment, coordination of appropriate response to restore service and for the continuous improvement of Global Operations Center services through active engagement in all ITIL process areas.

  • Create various workflows for Incident Management, Change Management, Service Requests and SLA's.

  • Work on fixing bugs and doing enhancements for Incident, Problem and Change management and Service Catalog modules.

  • Provide 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members.

  • Responsible for on call 24 hours a day for problem determination and resolution.

  • Develop software solutions using JAVA 8 with Spring framework and JavaScript, JSF, JQuery one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.

  • Work on service now performance Analytics module, involved in configuring the incident dashboard.

  • Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITIL modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB in Service Now.

  • Handle incident resolution for Service Now instances and tenants including troubleshooting and patching.

  • Define SLA, OLA and Contract for the customer.

  • Configure SLA workflow for the advance SLA configuration.

  • Develop new service catalog items and fix bugs in incident, problem and change management.

 

      Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in a closely related field.

  • Develop the single page application following Agile Scrum, participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, kickoffs and use Jira for project management;

  • Use Spring Boot to build cloud Micro services and develop Spring based application with less configuration;

  • Use Hibernate Persistence Strategy to interact with database;

  • Use DAO pattern to retrieve the data from database;

  • Work with the SQL Server Database to manage large data sets;

  • Create and manage development and continuous integration environments automated through Jenkins;

  • Write stored procedures, complex SQL queries for backend operations with the database;

  • Follow Agile Methodology (SCRUM) and write Junit test cases for unit testing the integration layer;

  • Devise logging mechanism using Log4j;

  • Code review, defect tracking and defect solving;

  • Analyze bugs and production problems and assign to team members.
