This Privacy Policy explains how Talentmatrix Inc, doing business as GullyPick, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our customer app, websites, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Talentmatrix Inc, doing business as GullyPick ("GullyPick," "we," "our," or "us"), connects you with restaurants and other businesses so you can order food and goods for pickup or delivery. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose your personal information when you use our customer-facing apps, websites, and channels of communication (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy does not apply to delivery partners or to restaurant (merchant) personnel, which are covered by separate policies.

• Account & Profile: Username, password, profile photo, notification preferences, linked third-party accounts.

• Payment Information: Card details and payment method info (primarily handled by our payment processor, e.g. Stripe); we may store limited data such as the last four digits and card brand.

• Order & Transaction Data: Items ordered, order history, cart contents, special instructions (e.g. allergies, dietary or delivery preferences), amounts, promo codes, and restaurants ordered from.

• Communications: Messages, chats, calls, and emails with us, restaurants, or delivery partners, and customer-support interactions.

• Content You Provide: Ratings, reviews, and photos you submit.

• Geolocation: Approximate or, with your consent, precise location to enable deliveries and nearby restaurant discovery.

• Device & Usage: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, app interactions, and analytics.

• ID & Age Verification: Government ID and signature, in limited cases such as age-restricted orders (e.g. alcohol).

SMS Messaging Program

Talentmatrix Inc, doing business as GullyPick, collects your mobile phone number when you enter it on the GullyPick app sign-up or login screen and tap Continue. We use that number only to send you a one-time verification code by SMS so we can verify your identity and protect your account. We do not use verification messages for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies; you receive one message each time you request a verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact info@talentmatrixinc.com.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.

5. How We Share Information

• With restaurants: to prepare and fulfill your order (e.g. name, order details, special instructions, and delivery address where applicable).

• With delivery partners: to complete delivery (e.g. name, delivery address, masked phone number, order and delivery instructions).

• With service providers: such as payment, cloud, analytics, communications, and fraud-prevention vendors.

• Publicly: content you choose to share publicly, such as reviews and photos.

• For corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

• For legal reasons: with authorities where required or permitted, or to protect rights and safety.

We retain your personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate legal, regulatory, and business purposes.
